End User License Agreement (EULA)

License grant

Flotter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for internal educational and administrative purposes.

Restrictions

• You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the service.
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• You may not use the service in a way that violates law or policy.

Ownership

Flotter retains all rights, title, and interest in the service and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of the content you submit.

Updates and changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Termination

This license terminates if you violate this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Flotter disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

Flotter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
